it's 11:40pm and i dont know wut to do with myself b/c i'm not drunk nor tired and nothing on tv.

i knew, knew, KNEW that going
out last nite was a bad idea. but of course i went anyway... SUCH a bad
idea. if i had just gone home like i planned things couldve been so
different. i hate to say it, but too much partying could be a very bad
thing. which leads me to this: no mas. no drinking, no partying, or any
other bodily abuse. detox starts now. as much of an absolute fukn blast
this year has been, i need to calm down and be real for a minute. maybe
actually try to make good on some of my resolutions...and remember wut
its like to have a normal dinner and actually going to bed. see ya

then sadly it was finally time to leave the golden state and come
back to the big apple. after narrowly escaping crashing into a
helicopter upon landing, i opened the window to be greeted with this:

 

yup, i was back in nyc alright. but just in time for nay's 3day
birthday extraaavaganza!!!!!  stay tuned for pix from the ongoing
party that is 2007. 

was absolutely perfect. baskin in the warm sunshine, singin aloud in
the car (ok the traffic was not so kool, but still), surprising my
sister, adoring my nieces and nephew, hanging with the parents, eating
the most delicious korean food....WOW. i couldn't have asked for more.
i'm so lucky .

i feel like it's bin way longer than 3 wks since my last post, but i
see i am mistaken.  just got back from watching pan's labyrinth.
it was good and i liked it. HOWEVER, i was not expecting it to be as
dark and violent as it was! i thought it was primarily going to be a
visually stunning fairy tale-esque innocent movie. again, i was
mistaken. but the movie was still good.

so i had a sehhxy superbowl potty this past wknd. it was a blast!! pix
to follow later. i gotta say, this yr has been pretty eventful so far.
loads of fun and going out. it's bin fantastic. except for work, life's
great. and i'm goin back to cali next wk. sweeeeet!

im procrastinating again. at least i didnt have to go into work today.

so how much did tonite's 24 kik ass??? man i love that show. my roomie is officially hooked. and all it took was 4 hours of non-stop, commercial-free action on dvr. whoo hoo! we both can't wait for next monday, when prisonbreak and 24 run back to back. yes, we realize the magnitude of our loserness. it's fun tho- we come home all excited and let the dvr run while waiting for the other to get home.

it's snowing guys!!! or I guess the proper term is "flurrying." first snow of the winter, finally!

i finally did it. i chopped off all my hair! btwn a foot - foot and a
half.  it's all gone. i cant say i like the new 'do, but it'll
just have to do. no more curls either. oh wellz...

we shall see...but '06 was pretty damn good. of course, xmas break was
waaaaay too short. i have to say, this was the hardest time i've ever
had leaving home. going to the airport was simply heartache.
i could feel my eyes swell up as i entered the terminal. *sigh* 
spending time with the family was so great and wonderful. i wish i just
had more time.

going back to work today was rough. the hordes of ppl on 7th avenue, i
wanted to kill them all. by 1030am i felt the throbbing migraine creep
in and the sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. oh yes, i was back at
work all right.

so i'm actually making resolutions this year. last year i knew better
than to make resolutions i knew i wasnt going to keep, but this year i
am seriously going to make a concerted effort. i limited myself to 4
small but very important goals: 1) remain smoke-free (i'm coming up on
2 months soon!) 2) call my family more 3) go to church once in a while
(baby steps!) 4) be more financially responsible.  i think they
are realistic goals.

oh, i FINALLY am able to upload the pix from my camera!!! my pix will
no longer be stuck in camera purgatory for none to see. lots and lots
