  • back from chi-town! i had a good time, sans rain- whooo hooo!!!! after the event the mag took me out to butter,
    one of the top 20 new restaurants in the u.s.  i found it
    comparable to wd-50 in nyc. had a weird jelly/yolk thing and a shot of
    guac and chips...weird, but kool. so in the spirit of adventure i had
    to get the weirdest thing on the menu: chicken and waffles with bacon
    ice cream! the bacon ice cream was well, bacon ice cream. no other way
    to explain it...i got nice and buzzed tho, yay! 

    the only way i can get flowers: from biz associates.

    went to the art institute the next
    day. i must say, it was very so-so. NOTHING compared to the met.
    seriously, it looked like they took a toenail clipping from the met and
    transferred it over to chicago.  they did have a really good
    collection of picassos,renoirs,monets,van goghs, and seurats tho.

    the only lowlite from the trip was this fukn CREEP stalking me.
    *shudder*!!! GROSS. but i will definitely go back one day, if only to
    watch a cubbies game. =)

    so went to philly for the dodger game yesterday- but it got rained out!
    no matter, we just got drunk at the stadium bar. Go
    McFadden's!!!!

    y and i went to sunday brunch today, yay! but of course no more fukn
    chicken apple sausage!!! i can't remember the last freakin time i had
    chicken apple sausage. fukers. anyhoo, we sat next to the bachelor from
    season 2.  we observed that him and his whole group of wannabe
    c-listers were pretty good lookin. they also had a whole buncha grub,
    more entrees than there were ppl.  plus he was makin out with this
    chick with a barcode of a tattoo on the back of her neck. weird.

    it's midnite and i still feel so disgustingly full...egh.
    me no wanna go to work manana....POO.
